This was the best sequel I never knew I wanted.

This is akin to the fucking Akira transformation scene.
I can't believe my fucking eyes.

This art style is extremely charming, it's an odd mixture of surreal Adult Swim and O.K.K.O.

It ends up blending together to make a very fucking charming and pleasing (at least to the eyes) art style while keeping the very surreal and odd atmosphere intact with the use of colors that could other be described as gross.

And the colors, they're extremely bright yet somehow manage to be both easy on the eyes while also keeping my eyes glued to the screen.

They contrast from the background which is usually dark to make way for the brighter colors of the characters while still somehow making me feel like I'm on an acid trip.

The animation just... boi. Smooth, I'm in no way qualified to critique animation, but here. It's just done so damn flawlessly and professionally which is what you would expect from an animation stuido. Like damn, my dudes. I have very little words to describe it other than stunning.

The plot did it's job more less, when it's boiled down. It just makes sense for it to be more simple, cause clearly this is meant to be focused on the action happening on the screen and just being a short burst of dopamine and fun. Which is nice and allows it not to drag on too long.

-And by short, I mean. 7 minute long fucking animation where things never really stop moving, I feel sorry for all of your hands.

But all in all, I give it a solid 5/5. It deserved it's spot on the very front page of Newgrounds.

I wasn't expecting Pico to have such a deep voice when I first heard this.
But considering the character's legacy I now think it's rather fitting for the character.

Oh yeah and the song slaps.

This hits way too hard.

I like this piece. But will we ever see it from the front?
